Thank you for choosing DWL Dark Wool Lab. Our products are made to order using print-on-demand production. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the defective or damaged product

  • A description of the issue

We will provide a replacement product or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

2. Print-on-Demand Products

Since each product is custom-made specifically for you after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, including:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Changing your mind

  • No longer wanting the item

Please review the size guide available on each product page before making a purchase.

3. Return Procedure

To request an authorized return:

  1. Contact us at dwldarkwoollab@outlook.it within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

  3. Ship the product to the address provided by our support team.

  4. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 14 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases involving defective products, damaged items, or errors on our part.
